A Quick and Easy Spanish Recipe the Whole Family Will Love

For this Spanish recipe, you will need a few different ingredients. The great thing about this dish is that you can substitute ingredients if there is something in particular that your family doesn’t like. 

Begin with two medium potatoes, peeled and diced; six eggs, lightly beaten; one onion, peeled and chopped; one clove of garlic, peeled and crushed; and salt, olive oil, and seasoning.

Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and soften. Now add the potato and sauté.  Lower the heat, cover the pan, and cook until potatoes are tender.  Next, add the potato mixture in with the beaten eggs and transfer to another pan with clean oil. Cook over low heat for ten to fifteen minutes until mixture is set. To finish, brown the upper-side under a hot grill.

You can serve this omelet in triangles with sour cream or salsa. You can also add a bit of grated cheese, or avocado and spicy hot sauce to suit your tastes.
