How Wheat Grass Juice Can Improve Your Health

Preparation Tips


To ensure that you are getting the most from wheat grass, make sure that it is freshly juiced.  Many health food stores serve up shots, which are fresher and contain more nutrients.  You might also consider purchasing a juicer specifically designed for wheat grass.  Adding whole wheat grass to smoothies or attempting to blend it into foods will not effectively extract the necessary juices.
