Have Fun for All With These Family Game Night Options

Finding options for family fun at home can seem difficult, but there are some great choices available.  Family game night is one of the best options for simple, healthy fun with classic board games and no videos or TV.

If you want an easy option that everyone can play on family game night, you might consider Boggle.  This is a fun game you can get from any toy store where you mix and match letters in different directions to form words and score points for having the most words.  You might also consider adding Scrabble to your family game night routine.

Another option for family game night is Trivial Pursuit, which has been around for decades.  If you love trivia from any category, this is a game that will challenge you and get you to put on your thinking cap.  Monopoly and Risk are also fun board games, where mathematical skills and probability are involved.

If your family is in a really good mood, consider bringing out the old karaoke jukebox to see who can make the dog howl!

Of course, there are tons of other popular games that can make for a fun and exciting addition to family game night.  You might opt for Pictionary, or you might choose something like Life or Stratego.  There’s always Yahztee, as well as games like Jenga and Uno that, while not really board games, do offer considerable fun.

Let your imagination run wild, and after a while you’ll find electronics to be the less interesting option for family bonding time!
