Best Natural Beauty Oils to Include in Your Diet

Vegetable oils can be a great source of nutrients for your skin and hair.  Your diet can incorporate healthy vegetable oils that will make you look younger and feel healthier.

Olive Oil
Of the many oils that are available, olive oil is the most popular.  It has been used for centuries because of its antioxidant properties.  Olive oil has multiple vitamins and minerals that enhance your beauty.  Its moisturizing properties can prevent the formation of wrinkles and gives your skin a healthy glow.  Olive oil provides you with extra suppleness to make you look youthful.  The recommended daily dose is approximately 1 tablespoon. (We’d advise you to use it in your cooking and salads, rather than drinking it by the spoonful!)

Coconut Oil
Coconut oil also has antioxidants that fight off free radicals to combat the oxidation process that may result in less than perfect skin. Coconut oil contains good fats and is a healthy alternative to trans fat oils.  On average, you should consume from 1 to 3 tablespoons per day, in the form of an additive to your cooking and baking.

Sunflower Oil
This oil is considered a non-comedogenic product that will not clog pores and improves the skin’s overall condition.  It is one of the vegetable oils that has Vitamin E, good fatty acids and low saturated fat.  Sunflower oil is commonly used in cosmetic products as a healing attribute.  One tablespoon a day is a good target. You can get sunflower oil from any good supermarket, and use it in place of butter or margarine in your cooking
