Great Exercises for Toned Arms

If you are concerned about the current state of your arms and are looking for the best workout, listed below are the most effective arm exercises you can use.

Push-ups

One of the exercises that is guaranteed to tone arm muscles is push-ups. You can get into a push-up position with your knees on the floor and your legs crossed at the feet. Then, push yourself up quickly and back down again. You should complete three sets of 15 repetitions each.

Target Triceps

The triceps are one of the main muscles in your arms.  To target this area in your workout, you will need to use a weight or heavy object that is held above your head. To complete one repetition, lower the object behind your head by bending only at your elbows. You should complete three sets of 15 repetitions each.

Arm Curls

To ensure that all the muscles in your arms are incorporated into your workout, you can perform arm curls to focus on the bicep muscle. The starting position consists of standing straight up with feet apart and a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.  Curl the dumbbell all the way up towards your shoulder and back down again. You should complete three sets of 20 repetitions each.
