Here’s How to Easily Get Rid of Under-Eye Bags and Dark Circles

  • Teabags are a popular remedy for eliminating bags and dark circles. The tannins in the tea help to absorb the water in the area, reducing puffiness. Cucumbers also help in this, as they help to constrict blood vessels which are the source of that lovely ‘panda eye’ look.
  • Antioxidants are excellent for eliminating dark circles, as they can help rebuild and repair the skin. Acai berry, hyaluronic acid, and other similar ingredients can be highly effective, especially when combined with only other organic and natural ingredients. You can drink these or buy them in gel form to spread on the problem areas.
  • Improving your sleep habits can also help. While this may seem easier said than done, consider turning off the television, silencing your phone, or eliminating other distractions after 9 pm.  Make a habit of it, and you’ll soon find that you don’t miss these things. Have a hot shower or bath about half an hour before hitting the hay. Establishing a night-time anti-stress ritual such as meditating, taking a candle-lit bubble bath, or reading a magazine or book in a dimly-lit, warm place can do wonders for reducing your stress so you can sleep.
  • The last thing to consider is allergy medicine. If standard remedies don’t fix your dark circles, there is a good chance that you are suffering from allergies. In this case, allergy medicine may be all you need to deal with dark circles and under-eye bags.
