How to Look Great Without Makeup

You do not need to wear makeup every day in order to look great. With the right tips and information, you can look beautiful naturally, without spending a fortune at cosmetic stores.

Washing Routine
In order to avoid having clogged pores that can cause breakouts and blemishes, you should clean your face with a mild facial wash twice a day – morning and night. By having fewer spots, pimples and dry patches, you will be able to use less makeup. Using facial wipes also helps to shed dead skin cells with their gentle buffing action.

Water Intake
By drinking plenty of water every day, you can have a radiant glow that cannot be imitated through makeup. You should drink at least eight glasses of water per day in order to flush out toxins that buildup within the body. Your skin will start to look and feel healthier in as little as two weeks, with adequate fluid intake.

Eyelash Curler
If you are not going to use eye makeup, then you should think about curling your eyelashes so that you appear refreshed and awake. Using fewer products on your face lets you look younger and feel more confident about yourself. If you are prone to rubbing your eyes and smudging your makeup, you’ll know what we mean!

Exercise
Giving your skin a healthy look requires you to exercise for a short period of time so that your blood can circulate properly and make you look flushed with health. Instead of using makeup to appear active, you can actually be active. The results last a lot longer, and will also help you live longer.

Lip Balm
A clear lip-gloss allows your natural lip color to shine through so that you do not have to resort to lipstick or lip stain. You can also use lip balm or any other non-greasy moisturizer. You can get lip-balm cheaply at any drugstore for under a dollar.

Looking your best does not require you to use a wide array of cosmetic products. A natural glow and clear face is a better long-term alternative to heavy makeup.
