What Regimen Will Help You Build Muscle and Lose Weight?

If you are like most people today, you are looking for a way to build a healthier body. One thing that many people want to do is build muscle and lose weight. Calculating how many calories you need to take in during the day is an important first step. Break your food allowance into five or six small daily meals and snacks. Once you have done so, you can work on doing exercises to help you lose weight and build muscle.  Warming up with cardio exercises and jogging will get your heart rate and metabolism going and keep them at an accelerated pace throughout the day. Followed by weight lifting or other exercises to help you build muscle, this will incorporate both strength training and cardio into your workout. By doing so, you can build muscle, lose weight, and feel better. Aside from the above benefits, it will also put you on track for a healthier and slimmer body, as well as a stronger heart and cardiovascular system.
