Review: Can the Ab Circle Pro Help You Shed Those Unwanted Pounds?

Finding the right form of exercise for your needs can be tough.  Not everyone has the room or desire to use free weights, nor is aerobic exercise or hitting the gym each night an option for everyone.

The Ab Circle Pro promises to help you lose weight, tone your abs, get rid of those love handles and saddlebags, and do it all quickly.  However, does the Ab Circle Pro really work as advertised?

On the surface, the Ab Circle Pro looks like a great product, and seems ideal for those hoping to burn calories and strengthen their core.  However, many consumers have been in for a surprise (or two).  First, the Ab Circle Pro does not seem to be constructed from high quality materials.  Often, the knee-pads crack and break, making the product impossible to use.

Other consumers report that the chrome finish on the Ab Circle Pro outer bar wears off in flakes and gets all over their clothing, the floor and the knee-pads.  In addition, many people find that the permanent position of the rollers on the bar (they are welded in place) is not optimal, as they are off-center.

Finally, many consumers find that the rollers on the Ab Circle Pro crack and break after only a few weeks of use.

In short, the Ab Circle Pro seems to be one of those products that is better left alone.  There are far more negative reviews than positive ones (3 to 1 in most cases), so it might be best to save your money and avoid the frustration.
