An Introduction to Microsoft’s Xbox 360 Electronics System

The Xbox 360 is one of the newest video game systems on the market to date, and has already taken the electronics world by storm.  The system was created by Microsoft and was first released in 2005.  It is considered to be the seventh generation of video game systems.  It not only plays Xbox 360 games, and some original Xbox games and DVDs, but it was also the very first system to have true high definition (HD) quality.

Another advancement that will get gaming fans excited is the Xbox Live Service.  Subscribing to the service and having a broadband Internet connection allows gamers to go online and play all their favorite games against their friends, as well as engaging and playing with other gamers around the globe.  Electronics and video games sure have come a long way since the days of Pong!

The Xbox 360 system comes in three different electronics packages: the Arcade, the Pro, and the Elite package.  Each comes with a different size memory, as well as a different case and controller and can run between $150 and $450, depending on special additions. Nearly every genre of game in the electronics world is represented on the Xbox 360.  From puzzle games to role-playing games, all the way to shooting and war-themed games, the system truly has something for everyone.

The bottom line is this is the top system on the market for gamers looking for a more interactive online gaming experience.  Even new gamers will find that the Xbox 360 is a lot of fun, and is one of the more easy-to-use electronics gaming systems out there.
