How to Make the Best Scrambled Eggs Ever

If the scrambled eggs you slave over come out flat, dry, or just not the way that your favorite breakfast cafe prepares them, you can relax because it’s time to give your cooking skills a makeover.  Today, we will examine how you can easily make the perfect scrambled eggs at home with little work.  With this recipe, everyone in the family will be scrambling to eat your delicious eggs (no pun intended).

You will need:

To get started, you will need a tablespoon of milk for each egg that you are cooking, as well as salt and pepper to taste and chopped fresh parsley for garnish.  Use organic eggs for a creamier, healthier scramble.

Steps:

Crack all of your eggs into a bowl and thin the mixture with your milk.  Whisk the mixture until everything is well mixed, leaving out salt and pepper at this point.  Heat a pat of butter in the skillet over medium heat, and when it starts to bubble, you are ready to reduce the heat to medium low and add in your eggs.

Now you can salt and pepper the eggs to taste.  Wait until the eggs begin to set before stirring for the first time, and add in any fillings you wish at this point, such as cheese, onions, tomatoes or herbs.  With everything added, use a wooden spoon to start scraping the eggs from the edge of the pan towards the center.  It should form large curds.

When your eggs still look wet but are no longer in liquid form, start mounding them towards the center of the pan.  Form them into a pleasing round shape and smooth out any lumps.  Turn off the heat and allow the remaining pan heat to finish cooking your eggs.  Simply divide the scrambled eggs onto plates, garnish with parsley, and enjoy!
