Making a pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving this year is certainly a great option.  For this Thanksgiving recipe, you need a can of pumpkin.  You also need three packages of cream cheese, two cups of sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla, seven eggs, a graham cracker pie-crust, salt, two teaspoons of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of ground ginger, half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg and two cups of evaporated milk.

 

To start making your Thanksgiving pumpkin cheesecake, preheat your oven to three hundred and fifty degrees.  Place your pie-crust in a spring form cheesecake pan.  In a mixing bowl, combine your cream cheese, your vanilla and your sugar, then mix it well.  Next, to make your Thanksgiving treat, you need to beat four eggs into this mixture and then pour it all into the pie-crust.
