Workout Clothes for Your Body Shape

In order to be comfortable during your exercise routine, it is important that you wear the right workout clothes.  There are plenty of different options to choose from that will flatter your body shape and make you look great.

  • Boot Cut Pants/Pear Shape.  Many women have pear shapes that need to be offset with a flared leg.  Workout clothes that complement your specific build are the best choice.
  • Flared Shirts/Pear Shape.  If you have a pear shape, you can also purchase princess-cut shirts that have a slight flare at the bottom and have vertical lines for a slimming effect.
  • A-Line Shirts/Apple Shape.  An A-line shirt can help an apple shaped woman hide and elongate problem areas.  Make sure that the garment ends below the waist, to draw the eye away from your midriff.
  • Ruche Tops/Rectangle Shape.  You can wear tops that have ruching on the sides in order to give you a curvier look. 
  • V-Neck or Scoop Neck/Hourglass Shape.  To make you look slimmer, you can wear workout clothes that show off some skin on the top. 
  • Black Colors/Any Shape.  You can wear dark colored bottoms to give you more length and make you look lighter than you actually are.  The best workout clothes are the ones that can make you look slimmer and smoother all over.

Flattering your figure is easy when you purchase the right workout clothes.  You can look good and work out at the same time with a little bit of knowledge and some well-chosen purchases.
