Bagless vs. Vacuum Bags: Which is Better?

With so many cleaning products and appliances to choose from at the electronics store, it can be difficult to know which ones to select for your home.  Many families are concerned with not only the cost and quality of items they use in their home, but also their long-term affect on the environment.

Vacuum cleaners are a necessity for every home, and it’s crucial to find the best value on the market so you can find one that lasts.

The biggest question when shopping for a vacuum is whether you should you choose bagless, or one that uses vacuum bags?  A vacuum that uses bags is the more traditional version, but that doesn’t always mean it’s the best choice.  Vacuum bags are not only an extra expense to consider, but another item to clutter up the trash.  Creating more waste is something that many homes want to avoid, making a vacuum that uses bags the wrong choice.

Bagless vacuum cleaners have become more popular in recent years, as more families attempt to go green with their cleaning products.  Bagless vacuums are readily available and cost about the same as the bagged models, but offer some other perks that many consumers prefer.

Most bagless models come with a filter, which can really help decrease allergies in the home.  Another benefit of a bagless vacuum is that there is no need to worry about buying vacuum bags at the hardware store ever again.  This hassle, which can leave consumers in a state of confusion about which bag their vacuum takes while shopping for replacements, is not one many would miss.

Overall, bagless vacuum cleaners tend to be a better value, and an environmentally friendly one.
