Is the Xpress Redi Set Go a Good Investment for Cooking Food at Home?

There are new cooking products launched on the market all the time, and some of them are very intriguing.  However, many of them turn out to be not worth the purchase price.  The Xpress Redi-Set-Go is a cooking product designed to help cut the cooking time of food and help eliminate some of the inconvenience of cooking.  However, is it worth the money?

First, according to most customers, the product does indeed work as advertised.  Even the recipes for the Redi-Set-Go seem to be very good.  During the first couple of weeks, most customers are relatively satisfied.  However, things go downhill after that for those who have purchased the Redi-Set-Go.

An inordinately high number of people seem to find that the nonstick surface applied to the various pans on the Redi-Set-Go begin to peel off.  Even the nonstick surface on the lid bubbles and peels off according to many customers.  Once the nonstick surface is gone, the Redi-Set-Go can still be used, but it is much less beneficial.

Another problem that many customers have cited with the Redi-Set-Go is the fact that they are overcharged for the product as compared to the price as specified on the infomercial and website.  The real story is probably that the company manufacturing the Redi-Set-Go is hiding the extra shipping and handling fees in the fine print and many people are missing it.  However, be aware that should you order the Redi-Set-Go, it will be for more than the $40 price tag.

The best option might just be to wait until the Redi-Set-Go is available in culinary stores, as you can return it much more easily if you are unhappy with it.
