Do Magnetic Bracelets Provide the Health Benefits They Claim?

Finding the right remedy for aches, pains and other physical body-grumbles is important.  Modern medicine can be used to a great extent, but there are some unavoidable side effects.  Magnetic bracelets have been touted for many years as a way to help ease aches and pains naturally.  However, do they really work?

Magnetic bracelets consist of a metallic bracelet made of small magnets.  There are several ways that these can be constructed.  For instance, some magnetic bracelets use clasps, and others are elastic so they fit a wider range of wrists.

What are magnetic bracelets used for?  The theory that magnets have an effect on the human body is actually derived from ancient Eastern medicine. The belief is that the magnetic field of the magnet can help to ease aches and pains by altering the body’s magnetic field and aura.

Do magnetic bracelets actually work, though?  The answer to that depends on whom you ask.  For instance, if you ask a doctor, the answer is no.

However, some people swear by their bracelets.  Most people believe that the weak field produced by magnetic bracelets is not sufficient to make any changes to the body, and that these bracelets are really nothing more than pretty pieces of jewelry, so any improvement in a real medical condition is caused purely by the placebo effect.

But the real answer comes from each individual, so try one out for yourself!
