He has albums, he’s appeared on Saturday Night Live as a special guest, and he even has a book deal through a major New York publisher. Everything seems to be going his way, and he has handled his meteoric rise to fame quite well given his young age.

However, you have to remember that he is still in the infancy of his entertainment career. While he might be an entertainment powerhouse now, he has yet to prove himself. The coming years are going to be the most difficult for Bieber because he has to continually prove that he is worthy of the celebrity status he has right now – not to mention worrying about how his fans will react when he ages and loses his ‘wholesome’ appeal. This means that his albums have to do consistently well, his book has to sell, and he needs to remain in the public eye if he is to become an entertainment powerhouse.
Only time will tell if Bieber is going to remain on top as the most popular entertainment professional. The way the young man’s career is going, he certainly does seem to be headed in that direction. If he follows the career path of another young Justin (Timberlake), then he may very well take over the entertainment world!
