How to Make a Lover’s Coupon Book for the Special Woman in Your Life

So, it’s your anniversary in two days and you have absolutely no idea what to get the special woman in your life. A card just wouldn’t be enough. She has enough jewelry to fill a treasure chest. How about making her a lover’s coupon book?

A lover’s coupon book is great for any occasion. The coupon book is just a compilation of hand-made “coupons” for things that she might enjoy doing with you (or even without you).

First, you need to figure out what kind of things she likes and then you can put those in the coupon book. Perhaps she has been saying she wants to try your cooking but you haven’t had time to make dinner for both of you. There’s your first coupon! Doesn’t she always give you really good back rubs when you’ve had a long day? Give her a coupon (or maybe more than one) for a back rub, redeemable at any time. Come up with as many more as you would like.

Next, make the coupons. Visit the craft store and buy lots of colorful art supplies. Start by cutting different colors of construction paper out so they’re all the same size. Punch two holes in each piece of paper so you can put string through to form a booklet. Use a colorful marker to write what each coupon is redeemable for.  Print out some funny pictures from the internet to go with each coupon, or simply add a photo of the two of you to the front cover and write a romantic quote to go with it (if you don’t know any then just Google ‘Romantic Quotes.’)

Now you have got a wonderful coupon book ready to present to her on this special day of the year.
