Who Are the Hottest Male Celebrities in Hollywood Today?

While it’s hard to compare modern glitz with the classics of yesterday (a young Marlon Brando, anyone?) there are many Hollywood studs out there that can still get our temperatures rising, both at the movies and in magazines.  Who are the hottest men in Tinseltown today? 

We have to start with Johnny Depp, or no one will take this list seriously.  He’s just as capable of being kooky (‘Alice in Wonderland’) as he is capable of turning heads in a tux.  Witness his well “suited” performance in ‘Public Enemies’ if you think he’s getting too eclectic in his fashion sense.  In our opinion, he is the most creative hot guy in Hollywood!

Hugh Jackman may be a modest guy in interviews, but when he is onscreen he oozes Hollywood charisma.  His adamantium-like confidence can be seen in blockbuster SciFi cheese like ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’ and in more traditional romance like ‘Australia.’  Jackman is the definitive Hollywood Aussie gentleman. 

Christian Bale may have anger management problems, but when you’re Batman you got to have some space, right?  Bale looks absolutely ravishing in Hollywood action hero flicks like ‘The Dark Knight,’ ‘Terminator: Salvation’ and ‘Public Enemies.’ 

Brad Pitt is a little older now but still retains his macho disposition and boyish charm.  His performance in ‘Inglorious Bastards’ showed his sense of humor, and the upcoming Terrence Malick film ‘The Tree of Life’ should give us back the dramatic Brad we love.  A tabloid king, Hollywood will never forget Brad!

Denzel Washington always looks sexy, regardless of his age or the age of his character he happens to be playing.  The ‘Book of Eli’ was a Hollywood style action film that showcased the movie stardom of this long-time character actor.

Less well-known but just as sexy is bad boy actor/ singer Christian Kane. Christian stars in the hit TV show ‘Leverage’ as Eliot Spencer, as well as touring the world with his Country-Rock band ‘Kane’. With his sexy long hair, rugged country-boy charm and searingly hot looks (not to mention a singing voice that could charm a fallen angel), Christian Kane is one to watch for the Hollywood year ahead.

Hollywood has its share of sexy men, but what woman in the world wouldn’t trade a pale, limp ‘Twilight’ boy for one of these golden Hollywood movie gods?
