How to Make Paprika Pork in the Crockpot

The Crockpot is one of the best and simplest ways to make easy and affordable meals for the entire family.  You can do some amazing things with your Crockpot, which you can get from any kitchen supply store.

Paprika Pork is a popular dish, and it only takes a short time to prepare.  You can start your preparations for the meal in the morning, and let it cook slowly throughout the day until dinnertime.

You will need:

3 pounds of boneless pork ribs, ½ cup of chicken broth, ½ cup of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, a large sliced onion, 1/3 cup flower, ½ teaspoon of salt, 4 teaspoons paprika, and a pinch of black pepper.  Your Crockpot should be at least 5 quarts.

Steps:

Take a plastic freezer bag and put in the flour, salt, paprika, pepper, and mix.  Then add the pork and coat it in this mixture.

Next, take the pork and add it to a skillet along with the onions and the vegetable oil.  Brown each side of the pork.  This should only take a few minutes in a sizzling skillet.

Now, place the pork and onions into your Crockpot.  Make sure that you get all of the onions from the skillet, and then pour the chicken broth over the pork and onions.

Cook the pork on low for about 7 ½ hours.

Take some of the juice from the Crockpot when the pork is finished cooking and mix in the sour cream.  You can use this sauce to drizzle over the top of the pork when you serve it, or you can use it on the side to dip.
